Description

A very interesting specimen of arsenopyrite speckled with rounded crystals of sphalerite, of the marmatite variety, which is itself coated with a golden-yellow crust. Given the possibility that this coating was stannite, analysis was performed, and the result was that it was pyrite/marcasite. The specimen also exhibits a cluster of green apatite crystals in one corner.
