This attractive specimen from Poland consists of a dense cluster of well-formed gypsum crystals displaying a delicate green coloration. The color is caused by inclusions of chlorite, which are concentrated within parts of the crystals and give the specimen its distinctive appearance. The crystals are well developed and create an elegant three-dimensional arrangement on the matrix. Material of this quality has become increasingly difficult to obtain in recent years, making this not only an important representative specimen of this remarkable occurrence but also a highly aesthetic collector’s piece.
