Presented here is an interesting two-piece lot from Rittersgrün in the Erzgebirge, Germany. The larger specimen features lustrous yellow fluorite crystals on matrix, accompanied by vivid green aggregates of zeunerite/torbernite, creating an attractive color contrast. The second specimen shows a more iron-rich, reddish-brown appearance on the light matrix and is also accompanied with intensely green zeunerite/torbernite aggregates. A fine association from this classic German locality. The stated size refers to the larger specimen, while the smaller piece measures 22 x 20 x 19 mm.
