The person behind GreekRocks is Christos Spiromitros. Chris is a geologist, mineral collector and mineral dealer who started selling minerals online in 2006 and started collecting minerals in 2005. Chris lives in Thessaloniki, Greece with his wife and two kids. Chris is the founder of 2026 MineralBids!

Chris has owned greekrocks.com since 2007. Chris has participated in several online auction platforms in the past but now only on MineralBids. Social Media are a must nowadays so Chris sells both via Facebook and Instagram (follow!)
- Mineral Shows
GreekRocks participated 4 years in a row in the Munich show 2014-2017. Tucson 2015 & 2016 too. Since covid, we decided to continue doing business online. In our old shop/storage space/lab we also keep a showroom where we accept visitors/buyers by appointment only.
- Accomplishments
We have handled some of the finest Greek minerals that have ever been discovered, and supplied some of the most reputable mineral dealers and collectors with fine minerals from Greece over the years.
